ok icon New warnings of the Belgian Regulator and warnings of Ontario Securities Commission !!!

    Hi guys,

Here is some news released lately from ForexMagnates - New warnings of the Belgian Regulator against binary options and warnings of OSC (Ontario Securities commission against Optionrally) can be found here -

Actually the Belgian warning is described as: “contracts entails significant risks to the public and investors should be aware that they can lose the entire amount invested and the likelihood of losing their funds is greater than gaining the extraordinary returns promised.” This is not something that the traders aware of all the risks don’t know.

It is just a reminder for the industry to make clearer the understanding of the risks involved. I don’t think that the risks involved in binary options trading are bigger than in forex trading with high leverages allowed.

The second warning has more meaningful basics. It warns that the CySec Regulated broker OptionRally don’t have the authorities to work with Canadian clients. Although it is right I don’t think that they will totally prevent the trading of the Canadian binary options traders. We have to know of course that CySec can regulate only brokers working in the EU region.

It is nothing special. The ordinary warnings, which we hear for long time... Looks like we have plenty of warnings that have no other consequences! Actually I am not against the authorities to work their main duties and to warn us about the possible risks involved in binary options trading, but that’s not something that will change our perception of the binary world. We just need more authentic regulations, not just warnings without any coverage. Also it is necessary that the black list of scam brokers have to be released in one or other form and thus all the newbie traders to keep safe their money away of the scammers.
