flowers New Here - Looking for Forex Charts for my Binary Options Strategy !!!

    Hi all,

I've thought about getting into trading for YEARS...had a trial account with a broker a few years ago. Did horrible. Shelved the idea for a few years, now I am back to LEARNING and absorbing info and strategies. I've watched about 3 hours of video every day for the past 3 days, read tons of tutorials, yet I feel like I have barely scratched the surface. Looks like this is a 4 year degree program, rather than a crash course. But I am patient. I am careful. And I know there are crooks and scams lurking around every corner!

So...while playing with my demo account on MarketsWorld I had 2 losing trades then all winning trades. Probably just luck, but I will say that the winners were 30 minute to 2 hour trades.

Anyways...I was looking at their charts, which leave a lot to be desired, and began to want to look at forex charts for currencies trade history.

What I'm thinking is that I can see daily trends in currency trading, and apply that knowledge to 2 hour binary option trades. See where I'm going with this?

Anyways...haven't found the currency charts yet, just sites that want me to sign up! You'd think I could find these easily.
    Help and any advice welcome

Binary Options trading might seem easy but still requires knowledge
    and experience. So keep studying.
About charts: Why not download MetaTrader 4?
Yes, going with the trend is a very good idea.
There are many charting sofwares but MT4 is quite popular.
If you don't want to download and install anything offers
free charts too and a free chart station where you can save your analysis.
Just needs a sign up but it's free.

Thanks Okane. I downloading the version for mac.
I do have the Tradable application downloaded. But MT4 isn't one of the apps inside it either. Many other charts though. I was able to go back to December 8th in my research of 2 hour slots.
Hmm Netdania wants access to my whole computer to run Java script for the charts? umm No thanks.

Can anyone tell me the time zone on forex charts? The one Im' looking at is military time, but I have no clue for what zone.
I'm assuming theres and industry standard zone for charts. Might be a bad assumption though.

    Hi Lorraine

I have no experience with Apple, so I'm afraid I don't know anything about charts there.

However, did you try to change the number of candle sticks being displayed?
You can change that in the settings.

    Hi Lorraine,

not sure, if I got it right, but when you are looking for charts, you can use free charts in your browser, like

or you can install Metatrader4/5 on your Mac ...

Then you have some options here:

    - install it on a virtual drive with third party solutions like Parallels/VMware Fusion etc ...
    - install it on a Bootcamp drive

(for both you will need a Windows install disc)

    Or you can use

    to install Metatrader ...

And here you find a broker list with unlimited Metatrader demo accounts:

Maybe for all that there are other options too, but that worked for me ...

    Hope it helps!

Lorraine, you should sign up for, they are a regular broker for equities but provide Java Charts trading platform, the charts I use. Its free and the charts are awesome, have all the info you need and your signals can then be applied to your binary trading be it NADEX or whichever other broker you choose.

    Hei Lorraine,

Welcome to the Community! You can use free charts and also metatrader charts. They are most of the time automatically adjusted to your time zone. There is no standard time for trading platforms so it may make a kind of confusion definitely.
