USA is scheduled to release important economic data at 8.30am EST.

EUR/USD: The US Dollar continued to strengthen against the euro for the second consecutive day epitomized by the EUR/USD slumping by nearly 40 pips this morning. After dropping during the early part of today’s session, the pair has just rebounded against its lower Bollinger Band.

After undergoing an insipid rally, the EUR/USD is now proceeding lower once again. Consider implementing a PUT binary option if price can achieve a clean break beneath 1.3020.

USD/JPY: The US Dollar succeeded in stabilizing against the Yen overnight after suffering two consecutive days of sharp declines. The greenback weakened substantially against a basketful of major currencies after Ben Bernanke assertively advised on Wednesday that monetary easing will remain in place for an extended period of time in order to lower the US unemployment rate.

After decisively breaking above its middle Bollinger Band in the last couple of hours, the US Dollar appears set to extend its gains against the Yen today. Buy this pair if price can convincingly climb above 99.75.

GOLD TRADING: The price of bullion fell sharply by over $10 per oz when the commodity markets reopened earlier this morning. The precious metal weakened as a direct result of the US Dollar regaining its footing by acquiring fresh support overnight. Gold plunged to probe its lower Bollinger Band before being firmly rebuffed by this level.

After undergoing a mild corrective rally, price is now heading downwards once again. Look to activate a new PUT binary option if a sustained break below $1,268.20 per oz can now be achieved.

AUD/USD: The Aussie plummeted against the greenback this morning by extending its losses for the second successive day. The AUD/USD plunged by nearly 100 pips in the last few hours to attain a heavily oversold status.

The pair is currently challenging its lower Bollinger Band and is expected to weaken further after undergoing a brief corrective rally in order to correct its oversold condition. As such, consider selling the AUD/USD following an assertive drop below 0.9010.

The EUR/USD tip closed at 1.30325 at expiration finishing 'out-of-the-money'.

Frustrating trade as it spend nearly all the time 'in-the-money except for the last 5 minutes.

The EUR/USD was even at 1.3022 with just 5 minutes to go.

That happens sometimes. Actually your trade suggestions Terry were quite reasonable and only some improvement of timing could increase greatly the profitability of the options.
